Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and clients, ensuring a seamless experience in our pediatric physiotherapy clinic. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage patient inquiries will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and support. Duties Manage inquiries, scheduling, cancellations, and insurance processing Maintain clinic environment, complete cleaning tasks, and monitor supplies Update records, upload documents, and ensure intake forms are completed Provide handoffs, stay informed, and assist with special projects Support physiotherapists, volunteers, and ensure patient flow Requirements High school diploma/GED and office administration skills Proficient in typing, correspondence, and basic math Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, Apple, and databases Excellent problem-solving, record-keeping, and inventory management Strong communication, customer service, and adaptability Please complete the application form to be considered: Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour Application question(s): Have you completed the Google Form application?
