Job Overview We are seeking a professional and detail oriented Internal Assistant Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as an assistant to the internal vehicle service team. This role requires excellent communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and a strong commitment to providing quick, efficient service to help with reconditioning processes. Experience in dealership operations, automotive repair, or mechanic background is highly preferred to ensure accurate assessment and effective communication of vehicle needs. Duties Communicate effectively with technicians regarding repair needs and timelines Work closely with internal service team to process reconditioning repairs Maintain detailed records of service orders, repairs, and customer interactions Helping pick up / delivery vehicles to required sublets Organizing vehicles with parts provided for night time technicians Assist writing repair orders Assist cutting / receiving POs Scanning & uploading paperwork Assisting Internal Advisor and Manager with any related tasks. Qualifications Previous dealership experience is highly desirable, specifically writing repair orders is an asset Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Valid driver''s license Drivers abstract Basic computer skills Verbal and written communication skills Ability to drive & park larger trucks Drive manual is an asset CDK experience is an asset Excel experience is an asset This position offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic automotive team while delivering outstanding service to our valued customers.
