The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role involves a combination of skincare treatments, retail sales, guest services, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. The Esthetician will play a vital role in enhancing client satisfaction and promoting our range of beauty products and services. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care. Deliver personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs. Provide excellent guest services by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client inquiries effectively. Conduct product demos and upsell skincare, makeup, and beauty products to enhance the client experience. Maintain proper sanitation and sterilization procedures for all tools and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations. Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and processing payments. Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and recommending suitable options. Support team efforts in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and overall salon ambiance. Experience Prior experience as an Esthetician or in a similar beauty service role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in skincare treatments. Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations is advantageous. Familiarity with body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, nail care, and hospitality is a plus. Excellent communication skills to educate clients about services and products while fostering a welcoming environment.
