Role Description The Payload Administrator is a full-time position based on-site in Grande Prairie, AB. The is primarily focused on high-volume, detail-oriented payload data entry. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of payload structures, exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to data integrity, and the ability to work efficiently within established processes. Prior hands-on experience with payload data entry is required, as the majority of day-to-day responsibilities will involve reviewing, entering, and updating payload information in accordance with defined standards and timelines. Additionally, the Payload Administrator will communicate effectively with internal teams to streamline processes and provide actionable insights that support operational efficiency. Qualifications MUST have knowledge of Payload, Open Invoice and other oilfield software programs an asset. Previous oilfield office experience is a must (Minimum 1 Year) Proficiency in finance and accounting practices to support operational and financial decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Previous experience in the energy, transportation, or logistics industry is a plus.
