Responsibilities Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized and maintained according to health standards Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations Engage with clients at the front desk to schedule appointments and manage walk-ins efficiently Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded Assist in retail sales efforts by promoting available products and services Requirements Proven experience as a Barber or Stylist with a strong portfolio of work Excellent customer service and communication skills Knowledge of current hair styling trends and techniques Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to upsell retail products naturally during client interactions Experience handling front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing client flow is preferred Retail sales experience is a plus but not required This role is perfect for motivated professionals passionate about hairstyling and providing outstanding client care.
