Duties Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs effectively Assist clients with hair styling services, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to salon standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and common areas in compliance with health regulations Promote retail products through upselling techniques to enhance client experience and salon sales Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payment processing Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure smooth daily operations Support the salon team with additional tasks as needed to ensure a positive client experience Requirements Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles is preferred Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation practices is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work during salon hours, including weekends if necessary A genuine interest in beauty services and helping clients achieve their desired look Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00-$37.01 per hour Expected hours: 54 per week Benefits: Store discount Work Location: In person
