The Plumber''s Helper will assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring that all work is performed efficiently and to code. Duties Assist plumbers with the installation and repair of plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems. Help maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Follow blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Perform basic welding tasks as needed for pipe fittings and repairs. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Support HVAC installations when required. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project success. Skills Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to plumbing tasks. Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Strong mechanical knowledge to assist in troubleshooting issues. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating necessary materials. Experience or knowledge in carpentry can be beneficial for certain projects. Willingness to learn new techniques and skills related to plumbing and maintenance.
