Key Responsibilities: Selling both our branded products and co-manufacturing/ private label services to primarily major retail accounts in Canada. Identify, develop, and work an active and robust sales funnel to achieve company sales targets. Keep accurate records of opportunities, decision makers, influencers, and daily interactions and insights. Provide detailed monthly report updating sales funnel wins/losses and sales projections Lead contract negotiations with major retailers to achieve profitability targets. Attend food shows and industry events to promote Barbours'' product lines and co-packing capabilities. Build strong customer relationships and create an expectation that we are easy to do business with. Qualifications: Post Secondary Business Degree Some basic experience with a CRM. Passion for Selling Flexibility to travel (1-2 nights per month as required) Self-motivated Proficiency in Excel/Power Point Good organizational skills Able to follow through and complete overlapping tasks, prioritize workload against deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills. Strong work ethic Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment A background in CPG or Food Distributor Sales would be essential.
