Overview Thai Express Spring Garden , Halifax Thai Express is looking for friendly and reliable Cashier / Frontline Team Members to join our team. If you enjoy customer service, working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and being part of a team, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Take customer orders accurately and process payments (cash, debit, credit) Answer menu questions and assist customers with their orders Prepare food orders for dine-in, takeout, and delivery Pack and prepare food orders for delivery platforms Communicate with delivery drivers (Uber Eats and other platforms) to ensure accurate and timely pickups Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and workstations Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards Support kitchen and team members during busy periods Qualifications Previous cashier or customer service experience is an asset Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Ability to stand for extended periods What We Offer Flexible scheduling Training provided Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the restaurant Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.50-$16.80 per hour Work Location: In person
