Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Licensed/Registered Optician position located in Mississauga, ON to work between our Square One and Heartland Town Centre Locations. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with eyewear selection, performing fittings, and ensuring optimal visual solutions. You will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate with optometrists and team members to provide professional eyecare solutions tailored to individual needs. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Optics and Optometry Commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service Proficiency in conducting and assisting with Eye Exams Licensure or registration as a professional Optician in accordance with provincial regulations Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Team-oriented approach with the ability to work collaboratively Experience with eyecare products and services is a plus
