Position Overview Receptionist/Administrative Support We are seeking a professional, detailoriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth daytoday operations. This position requires strong administrative support skills, excellent communication abilities, and a minimum of two years'' experience in a similar role. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, visitors, and partners with professionalism and warmth Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently Arrange for courier pick up and deliveries Provide administrative support to internal teams, including scheduling and document preparation supporting Tarion and home closing processes Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in data entry Coordinate office supplies and support general office management tasks Tracking inspections, closings, and notifying utilities of house closings Assisting with tracking utilities for specific apartment developments Track new sales agreements, amendments to agreements and notify lawyers and staff of details Track and update closing date notices in coordination with construction manager Update Enercare with new homeowner dates and contact information. Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment Professional demeanor and customerfocused mindset Compensation: Salary range $48,000 to $55,000 plus benefits based on experience including potential bonus Three weeks vacation Participation in group health and dental plan (after 3 months waiting period) Why Join Us At Uniform Urban Developments, we believe our success is built on the dedication and talent of our team.
