We''re currently seeking a Property Administrator to join our growing team and contribute to the smooth daily operations of our residential rental properties. Position Overview The role of Property Administrator is a vital part of our management team and plays a key role in leasing coordination, tenant relations, office administration, and coordinating maintenance personnel. This is a hands-on, blended position that involves working in-office & off-site (at various properties across HRM). This role is ideal for someone who can work in both an open concept office setting & solo offsite, is detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys working in a people-focused environment. This role offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to build valuable experience in residential property management. What You''ll Do: General office administration and coordination (reception, correspondence, etc.) Coordinate leasing, complete move-in/out & inspections offsite Handle tenant inquiries, applications, & lease packages Manage record keeping, rent payments, mail, and general office duties Support maintenance scheduling and vendor communication Support & coordinate apartment turnovers/renovations Represent the company at Residential Tenancy Board hearings Must be able to do afterhours emergency on-call for properties (rotating shift with other staff members) What You''ll Need: Degree or diploma in business, admin, or related field (preferred) Experience in property management (preferred) Strong computer skills (MS Office, MS Outlook, property management software) Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Fluent in English - both written and spoken Familiarity with the Nova Scotia Residential Tenancies Act Clear criminal record check Confident driving skills, valid driver''s license & working vehicle with up-to-date registration Don''t Meet Every Requirement?
