Description Our Client is seeking up to five (5) Senior Administrative Assistants to ensure financial accountability for the administration of multiple grants. Training must be onsite in downtown Edmonton. After training, work will be remote. Standard hours of work at 8:15am to 4:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times. Skills MS Office, Grant Funding, Complain resolution Type Contract Experience Required/Mandatory Skills High School Diploma/GED. Ability to learn quickly, problem solve/troubleshoot, work independently and in a team. (2+ years) Experience with research, analysis and problem solving. (2+ years) Clear verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong attention to detail and computer skills. The ability to pay attention to detail Demonstrated experience engaging directly with business or government clients, effectively explaining complex data concepts, architectural decisions, and platform capabilities in a clear and strategic manner. (2+ years) Experience using Microsoft Office Suite tools. (3+ years) Relevant experience in a role similar to this. Experience must be applicable to this role. (3+ years) Nice To Have Skills Relevant post-secondary education in the area of office administration. Acceptable education includes degrees, diplomas and certificates.
