Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator ENVO Drive Systems | Full-time, On-site at Burnaby BC Salary: $22$28/hour (based on experience) ENVO Drive Systems is a fast-growing, innovative company operating in a high-volume, multi-channel, multinational logistics environment . We are looking for a talented, driven, and detail-oriented Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our operations team and help scale our global supply chain with precision and accountability. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume outbound fulfillment across eCommerce, retail, and wholesale channels Coordinate multinational inbound and outbound shipments , including ocean freight and container management Oversee inventory and transaction flows across multiple 3PL partners Handle Costco logistics requirements , compliance, and documentation Manage eCommerce fulfillment (Shopify-based) and order lifecycle execution Plan and execute local parts and spare parts replenishment & fulfillment Maintain accurate inventory records using Zoho Inventory and other Zoho tools Ensure strict document control (BOLs, invoices, customs, ASN, receiving, shipping docs) Create, improve, and maintain SOPs to reduce errors and improve efficiency Support process automation and system optimization initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, sales, finance, and operations teams Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in a similar logistics / fulfillment coordination role with a successful track record Strong knowledge of: Inventory management systems & fulfillment tools Ocean freight, containers, and international logistics 3PL inventory and transaction management eCommerce fulfillment workflows Experience with Shopify and Zoho Inventory (other Zoho tools strongly preferred) Exceptional attention to detail minimal margin for errors or mistakes Highly organized, structured, and process-driven Strong English communication skills (conversational and technical) Preferred (Assets) MBA or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field Experience with SOP creation, documentation, and automation Background in fast-scaling or high-transaction environments Costco vendor or retail logistics experience What We''re Looking For Talented, young, hardworking professionals with a strong work ethic People who take ownership, accountability, and pride in execution Individuals who want to grow with the company at ENVO, there is no limit to growth Application Instructions To apply, please submit: Your resume A cover letter written entirely in your own words explaining why you are the right fit for this role Important: Do NOT use AI tools to write your cover letter.
