The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming and mopping to maintain the appearance of all floor types. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Follow safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients. Utilize effective cleaning techniques to optimize cleaning processes and time management. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in both commercial and residential settings. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices in cleaning procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to the cleaning industry.
