YOUR JOB Making people''s day on all fronts: Greeting people, taking orders, and satisfying the fried chicken lovers Preparing food Processing payments. Working cash, working your smile. Package take-out food Staying organized with all orders being placed (in-store, delivery apps, take out) RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare food products for customers maintaining the highest level of product quality and cleanliness. Provide prompt and efficient service to customers in a courteous and friendly manner while striving to exceed customer expectations and achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Initiates actions to correct customer complaints and refers serious customer concerns to management immediately Ensures all products are packaged in approved wrapping/containers Ensures products/supplies are rotated in and out of storage Weight Handling: Up to 20+LB Ability to work in a high paced environment while keeping calm and organize Cleanliness and organization skills EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION Partial high school education or equivalent experience preferred Basic reading, writing, and math skills Previous Quick Service Restaurant Experience is an asset OTHER EXPERIENCE Food handling certificate Pro-serve certificate QUALIFICATION Dependable works well in fast-paced environment, great customer service skills, works well in a team atmosphere Reliable transportation so you can be on time for every shift Flexible to work days, evenings or weekends as needed Excellent communication skills - Knowing when to say it Passion for Customer Service Energetic (going with the flow) Have an open attitude What happens behind the scene is just as important in the front Must be reliable and able to multitask Flexible availability is required for this position Clean kitchen and work areas Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Bilingual Post-secondary - Preferred 2 years experience in hospitality/customer service role Our Core Values At Seoul Fried Chicken, our core values make us who we are.
