Don Wheaton Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Ltd is looking for a Parts Advisor to join the team. Specifically, someone with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, who promotes and ensures the highest level of customer service for our diverse client base. Key Duties: Assist customers (retail and wholesale) and technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct parts in a timely and professional manner. Maintain Inventory accuracy by receiving, stocking, and organizing parts, ensuring proper documentation and handling. Process orders and invoices efficiently using dealership systems, while coordinating with service and sales departments to meet customer needs. Successful Candidates Possess: Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac and Corvette product knowledge an asset Experience with parts, tire and accessory catalog systems Parts department experience Professional appearance Attention to detail Strong organizational and inventory management skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced, detail-driven environment Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict resolution abilities Ability to Multitask in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Must be able to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 30kg and standing for extended periods Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record What Don Wheaton Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Ltd. offers: Opportunity to work with a leading luxury brand Continuous training Group Health Benefits & RRSP/DPSP Plan available
