Full-Time Lube Technician Quick Lane Big West Ford is currently seeking a motivated Full-Time Lube Technician to join our busy Quick Lane service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow a career in the automotive industry, with the potential to progress toward an Apprenticeship or Journeyman path. What You''ll Do Perform oil and filter changes and basic vehicle services Complete routine inspections and maintenance checks Identify and recommend additional services based on inspections Support Journeyman Technicians as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with general shop duties and dealership-related tasks Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Take on additional responsibilities as assigned What We''re Looking For Previous experience in a lube bay or automotive service role is an asset Dealership experience is preferred Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Able to thrive in a fast-moving service environment Basic computer skills Self-driven with a strong work ethic Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Experience driving both manual and automatic transmissions First Aid / Standard CPR certification is an asset (not required) WHMIS certification is an asset (not required) What We Offer Comprehensive benefits package Modern equipment and up-to-date tools Supportive leadership and experienced management A fun, energetic, and team-focused workplace Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the trade Ready to Get Started?
