Packaging: Weighing, wrapping, and packaging meat products for display or customer orders. Ensuring that all products are properly labeled with correct information (weight, price, and expiration date). Stocking and Merchandising: Stocking packaged meat products in the display cases. Ensuring that the display area is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers. Rotating products to ensure older stock is used first (first-in, first-out method). Quality Control: Inspecting meat products for freshness and ensuring they meet the store''s quality standards. Disposing of any expired or spoiled products according to health and safety regulations. Health and Safety Compliance: Adhering to food safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices. Ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and maintained according to store policy. Customer Service: Assisting customers with inquiries about meat products and helping them find specific cuts or types of meat. Taking special orders or custom packaging requests from customers.
