HVAC Installer Hindsight Mechanical LTD Location: Fraser Lake Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive wages based on experience + LOA for travel About the Role Hindsight Mechanical LTD is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer/Sheet Metal Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who has solid knowledge of HVAC systems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work both independently and as part of a crew. Responsibilities Install residential and commercial HVAC equipment (furnaces, heat pumps, ventilation systems, ductwork, etc.) Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications Complete installations safely and according to code Work efficiently on job sites with minimal supervision Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with customers Maintain a clean, organized, professional work environment Travel to remote project sites as required (LOA provided) Qualifications Previous experience installing HVAC systems (preferred) Sheet Metal Installation experience Knowledge of mechanical systems, air distribution, and heat pump installation Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site Valid Class 5 driver''s license Asset certifications (not mandatory): Refrigeration ticket Gas B ticket WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid Strong work ethic and positive attitude What We Offer Competitive wages based on experience LOA for remote project travel Steady, year-round work Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company About Hindsight Mechanical LTD Based in Quesnel, Hindsight Mechanical LTD provides high-quality mechanical and HVAC services for residential, commercial, and remote projects across British Columbia.
