Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Designer to lead innovative design projects across various product categories. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital design, visual arts, and 3D modeling, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual solutions. This role requires a creative thinker with expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and CAD tools, committed to delivering exceptional user-centered designs that align with brand strategies and market trends. Responsibilities Develop and refine product concepts through sketches, CAD models, and digital prototypes using tools like SketchUp, Maya, and Adobe Creative Suite. Create detailed visual designs incorporating typography, color theory, and material considerations to enhance product aesthetics and functionality. Produce motion graphics and animations (2D and 3D) for presentations, marketing materials, and interactive displays utilizing Adobe After Effects and other animation software. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience. Maintain consistency in visual style across all deliverables while adhering to brand guidelines. Stay updated on industry trends in fashion design, visual arts painting, construction painting, and new digital tools to continually enhance design quality. Experience Proven experience in digital design, graphic design, and motion graphics within a professional setting. Extensive proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, SketchUp, and other relevant software. Strong understanding of typography, visual arts painting techniques, CAD applications, HTML/CSS basics for web integration, and 3D/2D animation workflows. Experience working on product development from concept through production stages is preferred. A portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design projects across multiple mediums including fashion design or construction painting is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
