Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at Central Heating Inc. This position is crucial for ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of HVAC systems in residential settings. The ideal candidate will be motivated and eager to grow with our company while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems according to specifications and safety standards. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints for installation projects. Ensure proper duct sealing and insulation for optimal system performance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role 2 years experience. Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
