Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting oral health education. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Workdays at the moment are Saturday only with possible expansion as well as a second potential location. Location is close to Fairview Mall, access to 401 and Public Transportation Duties Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits Assist in the management of patient records using Dentrix software Collaborate with dentists on treatment plans, particularly in orthodontics and pediatrics Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies Experience Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred, with a strong background in dental office operations Familiarity with Paradigm (Logictech) software is highly desirable Experience in orthodontics and pediatrics is a plus Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse patient base Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with patients Join us in making a difference in our patients'' lives through exceptional dental care Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $50.00 per hour Benefits: Dental care On-site parking Work Location: In person
