Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Subcontractor to provide evening cleaning services for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and functionality of various facilities, ensuring a high standard of service. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work independently on multiple projects, contributing to the overall upkeep of our clients'' spaces. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, equipment upkeep, and preventative maintenance Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently Follow established safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment Maintain detailed records of completed work and any issues encountered during service Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding service needs or concerns Adhere to scheduled appointments and complete tasks within designated timeframes Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety standards Ability to operate cleaning equipment and basic tools effectively Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and valid driver''s license preferred Strong work ethic with a focus on quality service delivery Criminal Record Check / Security Clearance must be clear This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining high standards in commercial environments.
