Job Description

BIMstudio ) is a growing architectural design studio focused on creating repeatable, high-quality housing solutions. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Office Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. This role is important to keeping our studio running smoothly, supporting bookkeeping, HR administration, and overall office management. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping including invoicing, expense tracking, and coordination with our external accountant Support HR administration such as onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and time-off tracking Manage general office operations including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination Support leadership with scheduling, document preparation, and internal coordination Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Assist with internal communications and basic reporting Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, or bookkeeping support role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with accounting and office software such as QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft 365 Professional and clear communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why BIMstudio Collaborative and supportive team environment Hybrid work model with a mix of in-office and remote work Opportunity to grow with a design-driven, technology-focused studio Central downtown Toronto office Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Benefits: Casual dress Dental care Extended health care Life insurance Paid time off Vision care Work from home Experience: relevant work: 2 years (required) Quick Books Online: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
