Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging activities and individualized attention. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both children and their families. Duties Develops and implements program activities based on Wisdom Tree Child Care Philosophy with other educators and mentors to promote the child''s unique physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children Develop schedules and routines following the daily habits and necessities of children in the classroom Individualize the curriculum as required, ensuring that all activities are accessible Monitors, guides and engages children during learning and play times (indoor and outdoor), meal times, proper hygiene caring, and nap/rest times to maintain a secure and safe environment Assess the abilities, interests and needs of children and discuss progress and/or behavioral and learning difficulties children may present with parents and other staff members Assists other Early Child Care Educators and other Mentors in keeping records Maintains child care equipment and assists in housekeeping Maintains a physical environment that protects the health, security and well-being of children Helps in preparing and serving snacks and lunch, arranging rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods Order supplies and equipment for the classroom Other related duties as assigned Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour Benefits: Dental care Extended health care On-site parking Work Location: In person
