Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Office & Finance Coordinator to manage and support the core financial and administrative operations of our business. This role is finance-heavy and ideal for someone with experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or financial administration who enjoys ownership, accuracy, and structured processes. You will work closely with leadership and play a key role in keeping our operations organized, compliant, and running smoothly. Experience in an MSP or IT environment is helpful but not required we will train the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Financial Administration (Primary Focus) Manage accounts payable, including major vendors and recurring expenses Generate and send accurate monthly client invoices Track accounts receivable and support collection follow-ups Administer payroll using Payworks Prepare and file GST returns Prepare year-end documentation including T4s Support reconciliation of corporate taxes and financial records Maintain accurate financial documentation and audit-ready records Office & Operations Coordination Maintain accurate administrative and operational records Support internal scheduling, documentation, and coordination Assist with client onboarding and internal process tracking Ensure consistency between financial, operational, and billing systems HR & Compliance Administration Coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding Maintain employee files in compliance with Alberta Employment Standards Manage WCB filings and employee benefit administration Support HR documentation, policies, and employee changes Reporting & Executive Support Prepare basic financial and operational reports for leadership Assist with dashboards, summaries, and documentation Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks as needed Qualifications Required Experience in bookkeeping, financial administration, AP/AR, or payroll Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks Online or similar) Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic reporting) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Nice to Have Formal bookkeeping or accounting certification Experience with Payworks payroll Experience in a professional services or IT environment Familiarity with PSA or CRM systems (training provided) Experience with GST filings and year-end preparation Why Join Wise Tech Corp.
