Responsibilities and Duties - Accurately assemble outbound orders per customer''s purchase orders and properly document shipments. - Accurately account for all inbound inventory and file damage or shortage claims when needed. - Accurately record placement of pallets or boxes for fast retrieval in the future. - Ensure proper rotation of products, first in first out. - Maintain proper inventory counts and ensure actual counts match office records. - Keep warehouse and loading dock areas clean and safe at all times. - Keep warehouse equipment, racks clean and in good working order at all times. - Place orders with the office for any packing or general warehouse supplies ahead of time. - Accurately maintain and complete all paperwork. - Follow safety and workplace requirements. - Communicate clearly with office to maintain an efficient workflow. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications - Must be able to accurately count, add, & subtract total amount of cases or products. - Will be required to endure considerable walking throughout the day and will be involved with bending and lifting packages on a regular basis. - Must be able to manually lift and maneuver boxes up to 50lbs. - Must work under deadlines and the related stresses in a timely and efficient manner. - Work Hours M-F, 8.30am to 5pm. Must be able to stay later or come earlier when required. - Must be able to work Saturdays or Holidays when required.
