Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated 310T Truck & Coach Technician to join our Stanmore Equipment service team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain truck-mounted equipment, service trucks, and related mechanical systems. You will play a key role in ensuring our fleetand our customers'' fleetsoperate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Key Responsibilities Diagnostics & Repair Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, braking systems, and drivetrains. Perform preventative maintenance services and safety inspections. Troubleshoot mechanical faults and determine appropriate repair solutions. Conduct repairs on truck-mounted equipment such as cranes, liftgates, booms, and hydraulic attachments. Shop & Service Support Complete work orders and service reports accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following company and regulatory safety standards. Use diagnostic tools, software, and testing equipment effectively. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies and equipment. Teamwork & Communication Work collaboratively with the Service Manager, Parts Department, and fellow Technicians. Communicate repair findings, parts needs, and estimated timelines clearly. Provide guidance to apprentices or junior technicians as needed. Uphold Stanmore''s professional standards in all customer and team interactions. Required Qualifications Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (Ontario). Minimum 2+ years of experience in truck repair, heavy equipment maintenance, or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel systems, hydraulics, electrical, and drivetrain components. Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and diagnostic reports. Proficiency with computer-based diagnostic tools. Valid G-class driver''s licence. Assets / Nice-to-Have Experience with truck-mounted equipment, aerial lifts, telehandlers, or material-handling equipment. Welding or fabrication skills. Forklift or aerial lift operator certification. Experience in a dealership, fleet, or heavy-equipment environment.
