Position Overview We are seeking experienced, high-performing Sales Representatives who are confident selling high-ticket items and capable of managing the full sales cycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage customer relationships to drive repeat business Conduct outreach and prospecting to generate new leads Guide customers through product selection, quoting, and closing Collaborate with internal teams to support sales execution and follow-up Use demo equipment for presentations and customer education Track performance and report on key sales metrics Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + commission, or commission-only structure Top performers earn $100,000+ annually Uncapped commission with bonus structure when targets are met Paid product training and onboarding support Access to demo equipment for customer visits Warm leads provided, with incentives for self-generated business Career Development This role offers a clear path to management for candidates who demonstrate performance, leadership, and initiative.
