Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet scope, time, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. The Project Manager will utilize industry-standard methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban to deliver successful project outcomes. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, resources, and budget using tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Project Server. Lead project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure necessary resources and services. Oversee risk management processes by identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions utilizing tools such as Visio, SharePoint, and Jira to ensure clear documentation of project needs. Coordinate with stakeholders through effective communication channels to provide updates on project status and address concerns promptly. Implement change management practices to adapt project scope or objectives while minimizing disruptions. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies including PMBOK, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall frameworks. Monitor project performance metrics using data analysis skills and tools like SAS and Salesforce to inform decision-making. Conduct quality management activities to uphold standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare presentations for executive leadership using PowerPoint or similar tools to communicate project progress and outcomes. Support product development initiatives by managing timelines and deliverables in collaboration with product teams. Requirements Strong background in Agile (SAFe), Waterfall, Kanban, and program management methodologies. Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Expertise in vendor management, negotiation, risk assessment, budgeting, and project planning. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Basecamp, Workday, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Project Server. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage requirements gathering and requirements management processes effectively. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration. Data collection and analysis skills using SAS or similar platforms to inform project decisions. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is preferred. Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
