Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Plumber/Gas fitter to join our team, bringing energy and expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residental homes. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete plumbing tasks. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for pipe installation and remodeling projects. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Assist with remodeling projects by installing new plumbing fixtures or upgrading existing systems as needed. Skills Strong knowledge of construction plumbing practices and techniques. Experience with welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment. Mechanical aptitude with understanding HVAC systems and general construction site experience. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations. Familiarity with carpentry, assembly work, remodeling processes, and maintenance person skills. Valid commercial driver''s license (CDL) is a plus for transporting materials or equipment.
