Company Corpwell Developers (Commercial, Residential & Specialized Construction Solutions) Job Overview Corpwell Developers is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with a background in the construction, real estate, or development industry. This role is responsible for building a strong digital presence, showcasing live projects, and generating qualified leads through strategic content across social media platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with Corpwell Developers'' construction and development projects Manage and grow company presence on: Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube / Reels / Shorts Create and publish content including: 1) Project progress videos (before, during, after builds) 2) Site walk-throughs and construction updates 3) project showcases 4) Educational content (construction, timelines, permits, financing awareness) Coordinate with on-site teams to capture: Photos and videos of active construction sites Key milestones and transformations Write professional captions, reels text, and CTAs designed to generate leads Manage posting schedules, hashtags, and engagement Monitor analytics and optimize content performance Work closely with management on campaigns, launches, and announcements Maintain brand consistency across all platform Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Social Media Manager for 1)Construction companies 2)Real estate developers 3)Restoration or infrastructure firms Strong understanding of: 1) Construction workflows and terminology 2) Visual storytelling for projects Experience with: 1)Instagram Reels & Facebook content 2)LinkedIn business-focused content Ability to create content that converts viewers into inquiries Excellent written and visual communication skills Preferred Experience Experience working with: Construction firms Development or contracting companies Knowledge of: 1) Lead generation strategies 2) Basic paid ads (Meta / LinkedIn) Familiarity with tools such as: Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar , Meta Business Suite Compensation Salary: 35,000- 40,000 CAD per year Performance Incentives: Bonuses tied to lead generation Growth-based incentives Position Type Full-time In-office / Hybrid (GTA) Occasional site visits required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth in social media reach and engagement Number of qualified leads generated Content consistency and posting frequency Conversion from social media to inquiries Why Join Corpwell Developers Work on real, high-value construction projects Creative ownership with strategic impact Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding development company Performance-driven growth and advancement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year Benefits: On-site parking Work Location: In person
