Your Responsibilities: Thumbnail Creation - you''re responsible for coming up with visuals and words that capture attention and create desire to watch our videos Photography strategize, set up and shoot the shots required to produce thumbnails for our youtube videos and short-form content Photo Editing - Use photoshop to edit the thumbnails in a way that both adhere''s to our brand guidelines & incentivizes a high click through rate Use data to guide iteration analyze performance and continuously improve based on real-world results Creative Support - apply your skills elsewhere in the business to help support our creative team Stay organized keep project files, assets, and exports well-structured and easily accessible for the team Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with content creation and/or graphic design, for YouTube and social media Understanding of all social platforms, including YouTube, Instagram and TikTok & Strong project management skills and attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities Ability to work from our studio 3+ days per week **IF YOU ARE APPLYING TO THIS ROLE, Please send an email with example work/thumbnails to: to be considered** Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour Benefits: Casual dress Flexible schedule On-site parking Profit sharing Work Location: In person
