Join Our Growing Team in Moncton We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support our portfolio of multi-unit residential buildings in the Moncton area. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a broad range of maintenance and repair experience, who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving problems independently. About the Role: Reporting to the Property Management and Service teams, you''ll be responsible for completing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks across our properties. This is a fast-paced, independent role that requires strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safe, clean, and comfortable living environments for our tenants. Key Responsibilities: Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including: Drywall patching and painting Carpentry work and trim repairs Caulking and sealing around plumbing fixtures Appliance installations (dishwashers, OTR microwaves) Window screen repair or replacement Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues Complete scheduled and emergency work orders as assigned Maintain job site cleanliness always leaving work areas tidier than when you arrived Accurately document work completed, time spent, and materials used Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants regarding repair timelines Ensure compliance with safety procedures and building codes What You Bring: Proven experience in general building maintenance and repair Strong troubleshooting skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Comfortable using mobile work order systems or apps Own a set of basic hand tools Valid driver''s license and clean driving record (required) What We Provide: Company vehicle and work cellphone Competitive hourly wage Stable, full-time hours in a growing company Supportive team environment and opportunities for growth Only applicants selected for interviews will be contacted.
