We create elevated small plates rooted in sensuality, storytelling, and exceptional technique-because we believe food is a powerful form of human connection. Our menu features refined small plates inspired by aphrodisiac ingredients, paired with craft cocktails, wine, and immersive eventsbuilt in close collaboration with local farmers, producers, and hospitality partners. With fewer than 50 seats in the building, including an event space upstairs, we are creating a space that is bold, inclusive, unapologetically adult, and deeply rooted in community where guests, collaborators, and staff feel part of something shared. We are seeking a high calibur Head Chef to lead our team from launch to growth. The Role This is a creative leadership position for a chef who thrives in intimate, chef-driven environments and understands how food, atmosphere, experience, connection and community intersect. You will: Conceptualize, develop, and execute a seasonally evolving menu of elevated small plates and shareables rooted in high quality local ingredients Integrate aphrodisiac ingredients and playful sensual themes with culinary integrity Lead kitchen operations end-to-end: ordering, prep, service and inventory Hire, train, and mentor a tight-knit kitchen team Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation Collaborate closely with ownership, bar program, and event producers to create experiences that encourage connection and conversation Design menus for special events, tastings, collaborations, and private bookings with local chefs, producers, wineries, breweries, and distilleries.
