Use Your Voice for Good Join Our Fundraising Team Position Summary Join Ascend Fundraising Solutions'' fast-paced and rapidly growing Multi-Charity Lottery Division , where success means making a difference for hundreds of charities. In its first year alone, this division raised over $12M for more than 200 charities across Canada. As a Winner Experience Specialist , your first priority will be notifying the Grand Prize winners across our Multi-Charity Programs. You will play a key role in supporting program success by announcing the exciting news, followed by interview questions with each winner that we can use in our marketing and promotional assets. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven, impactful business line that directly benefits Charities across Canada. Key Responsibilities Winner and Prize Fulfillment Be the face and voice of a charitable lottery Contact winners to inform them of their prizes Review the eligibility requirements with winners Inspire people to continue to participate in the lotteries Use your storytelling and communication skills to ask our standard winner interview questions Update our Databases with recordings, quotes and notes from the winner calls Qualifications and Skills Previous fundraising, customer service, or outbound/inbound phone experience is a strong asset Confident speakers with excellent English communication skills. 1-3 years in acting, radio, broadcasting or related roles; experience in fundraising, non-profit or lottery sectors is an asset. Familiarity with tools such as Notion , Zoom , Microsoft365 and Excel is valued. Strong public speakers, performers, or those with radio/broadcasting/acting/theatre background.
