Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight and equipment, operating heavy machinery, and ensuring timely deliveries. Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight and equipment to various locations Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other heavy equipment, ensuring proper handling and securement Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment, performing basic automotive repairs or maintenance as needed Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure safe transportation at all times Assist with warehouse duties including inventory management and equipment organization Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery schedules and issues Requirements Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record suitable for commercial driving Experience operating forklifts, heavy equipment, or other industrial machinery preferred Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and safety checks Physical ability to lift heavy loads and operate equipment for extended periods Prior experience in commercial driving or logistics is highly desirable Must pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy This role provides an essential service within our operations, supporting the safe and efficient movement of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
