Some Important Details Address: 550 Pendant Dr, Mississauga, ON L5T 2W6 Shift Time: Day shift Wage:$19,30/h and plus (According to the experience) Some Of What You Will Do Assist in the delivery of office supplies and furniture on assigned routes while meeting internal schedule and quality standards. Provide customer service to customers by assisting with problem resolution as required. Specifically, You Will Deliver products and accept returns from customers as per their requirements while obtaining signatures and completing all required paperwork. Address and resolve customer feedback and inform supervisor of outstanding issues. Engage in safe work practices and ensure cleanliness of vehicle is maintained. Interact daily with warehouse and transportation staff as well as customers. Qualifications Some of what you need: Able to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted; experience using hand truck/dolly preferred. Able to navigate and read a map and use mobile Proof of Delivery devices. Proficient in customer service, verbal and written communication, problem solving, time management and organization. Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting under time constraints. A driver''s license would be an asset but not required. Additional Information The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, push/pull, or balance weight for extended periods of time. The employee must frequently lift, move, and/or carry up to a maximum of 70 pounds unassisted or may use dolly type equipment to deliver product to customers. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near mechanical equipment. Perform duties throughout assigned route in all kinds of weather and road conditions.
