Window Wall Estimator High Rise Division Location: 81 Royal Group Crescent, Woodbridge, ON Hours: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Newmar Window Mfg. is currently hiring an experienced Window Wall Estimator to join our High Rise Division. This position is suited for a candidate with direct, hands-on experience in window wall and architectural glazing systems. General estimating experience alone is not sufficient applicants must have worked specifically with window wall systems and be familiar with Ontario high-rise glazing standards and codes. Key Responsibilities Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation related to window wall systems, ensuring compliance with applicable building codes. Perform accurate material take-offs and interpret measurements from construction drawings. Prepare comprehensive and precise cost estimates using internal tools and spreadsheets. Source and coordinate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors involved in window wall projects. Assist with estimating functions using AutoCAD and Adobe software. Communicate clearly with internal departments and external stakeholders. Report to the Operations Manager, High Rise Division. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of estimating experience within the window wall or architectural glazing industry. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working directly with window wall systems (mandatory). Strong knowledge of window wall components, installation methods, and industry terminology. Excellent mathematical skills, including detailed calculations, conversions, and take-offs. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple bids independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
