Back of House (Sandwich and Prep) - Artie''s on Locke Artie''s on Locke, a vibrant sandwich shop, is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our BOH team. If you have a passion for quality food, strong time management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we''d love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Complete prep for all things relating to sandwiches Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standard Collaborate with Leadership on new recipe development Build, cut and package all sandwiches for retail sale and catering orders Maintain kitchen inventory and place orders as needed Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols Adapt to changing needs and handle challenges efficiently Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (willing to train the right candidate) Strong communication and time management skills Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed Food handler''s certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer: $18.5 per hour, plus tips Full health benefits and store discount Advancement opportunities after the first 3 months At Artie''s on Locke, we value community, quality, and teamwork.
