Iris''s Direct client, one of the world''s Premier Investment Bank is looking to hire a strong Solutions Architect - IAM for a Long Term Contract opportunity . Location: Hybrid - Toronto, ON (4 days from office) Must-have IT experience of 8+ years with 3-5 years in solution architecture experience on large projects, with proven experience in defining and evolving the architectures of solutions with large user bases from project initiation to implementation to support. Extensive knowledge of IAM capabilities (e.g., access request and approval, provisioning, SOD policy evaluation and enforcement, access control models (RBAC, ABAC), access certification, authentication, authorization, user/credential/role management, etc.) and their realization and application across workforce user populations. Extensive experience with IAM and IAM-adjacent products, tools and technologies: One Identity products, ServiceNow, Apigee, SailPoint IIQ, Radiant Logic FID and ICS, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, etc., allowing the successful candidate to compare products and generalize products into capabilities and patterns Experience writing, publishing and maintaining architecture and design patterns over 3+ years. Ability to generalize IAM product features into design patterns driving a high degree of reuse, and capability patterns that are applicable across multiple IAM products. Strong verbal communication skills to adeptly discuss and debate conceptual and technical concepts regarding pattern templates and pattern content, and to compel stakeholders to adopt your recommendations Strong written communication skills to author patterns that can be widely understood and used by Architects and Engineers across RBC Nice to have: Hands-on experience with different architecture and design frameworks (e.g., Zachman, TOGAF, ArchiMate, SABSA), techniques (e.g., OO, Top-down, structured analysis, component-based design), and enterprise architecture modeling tools (e.g., PlantUML, Archi, Modelio, Sparx, etc.)
