Duties Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs Support clients with light housekeeping and cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as needed to ensure safety Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation Support clients with dementia or hospice needs through specialized care techniques Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare teams Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures Experience Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments preferred Knowledge of senior care, hospice care, dementia care, and working with people with disabilities is advantageous Experience with medication administration and basic nursing skills is desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively Strong interpersonal skills to work compassionately with clients of all ages and backgrounds Previous caregiving experience demonstrating patience, reliability, and professionalism is highly valued This role is essential in providing high-quality care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being for those in need.
