If you have esthetician experience and are open to learning training can be provided. I am seeking someone reliable and professional who wants to grow with our team and business. The position can start as part-time, with the potential to become full-time. Looking for: Part time with the possibility to turn into Full-time with flexible hours within business days Tuesday - Sunday. Hours are flexible they could be 3pm-8pm Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday and/or Sunday 10am-2pm or 9am-3pm for example. Holidays off. $19-$23 per hour depending on experience $18/hr for training days generous commission on retail sales made Subcontracted employee agreement Immediate availability but willing to wait for the right person Generous staff discount on retail products and services. Key Responsibilities: (willing to train the right person) Perform sugaring hair removal services and follow hygiene and safety standards Conduct skincare consultations and product recommendations. Perform Facials and Dermaplaning. knowledge in Additional services such as; Brow lamination, Brow Tinting, Lash Lifts and Lash Tints would be an asset. Willing to learn intimate skin care services Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace Educate clients about pre- and post-treatment care Deliver an exceptional, friendly, and professional experience Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere Looking for someone; Who can pay meticulous attention to details, ensuring an exceptional client experience and customer service. Contribute to the upkeep of the space through cleaning etc as per AHS guidelines and laundry duties. Utilize product knowledge to support retail sales and offer personalized recommendations. Experience in sugaring, or similar treatments ( preferred but willing to train) Proficient English communication skills (verbal and written) Laser hair removal experience/certification (an asset) Additional certifications in aesthetics or beauty (an asset) Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Reliable Transportation Can work at minimum one weekday day shift, week day and evening shift.
