Overview The Edmonton branch is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person Assist with Sales Manager initiatives Provide walk-in customers with exceptional customer service Generate and process sales-related paperwork Coordinate inventory counts and reconciliation corresponding with company ERP General administration and office duties as required (supply requisition, maintenance scheduling, etc.) Other jobs as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Must be fluent in English verbally and linguistically Excellent organizational skills, coordination, multi-tasking and exceptional attention to detail Experience with ERP systems and MS Office Products preferred Ability to consistently meet departmental deadlines Positive attitude with emphasis on teamwork, flexibility and problem-solving Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits: Casual dress Dental care Life insurance On-site parking Vision care Work Location: In person
