Contract Term: March 1, 2026 September 30, 2026 Location: Truro, Nova Scotia (Travel Required within Atlantic Canada) Type: Contract / Full-Time (Seasonal) WHAT TO EXPECT In this role, you can expect a hands-on, fast-paced experience where no two days look the same. Your days will vary some spent on the road traveling between stores, others engaging directly with consumers, retail teams, and event partners. You''ll work independently and with guidance from our brand management team. Evening and weekend work will occasionally be required, and you''ll gain meaningful hands-on experience in communication, brand representation, and event execution. YOUR ROLE Coldstream is seeking an energetic, passionate, and self-motivated Brand Rep to represent our brand across Atlantic Canada. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, educating consumers and trade partners, and spreading enthusiasm for innovative craft beverages. Approximately 80% of this position will be on the road visiting retailers, attending events, and conducting tastings to build brand awareness and product knowledge. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As part of our field team, you''ll help share the Coldstream story, showcase our products, and support our presence in the market. Your responsibilities will include: Represent Coldstream as the face of the brand at retail visits, staff trainings, and customer events Conduct tastings and promotional samplings across Atlantic Canada Educate store staff, consumers, and industry partners on new and existing Coldstream products Deliver and set up promotional materials in corporate and agency locations Build relationships with key accounts, staff teams, and brand supporters Support marketing activations and special events (trade shows, golf tournaments, etc.) Assist Brand Manager with scheduling and organization of Coldstream Tasting Team Provide product feedback and insights from field interactions Uphold brand standards and deliver an exceptional experience at all times QUALIFICATIONS Must be 19 years of age Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record Willingness to travel extensively across Atlantic Canada (majority of time on the road) Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively self-starter, motivated, and proactive Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging with the public Ability to work evenings and weekends for events as required Qualifications considered a strong asset: Previous experience in beverage, hospitality, retail or brand ambassador roles Knowledge of Coldstream products.
