You''ll be the go-to person for customers needing phone, tablet, and iPad repairs. From diagnosing issues to getting devices back up and running, you''ll combine hands-on tech work with great customer service. What you''ll do Diagnose and repair phones and tablets Check in devices and keep repair details organized Help customers with setup, troubleshooting, and questions Answer calls and voicemails Keep the workspace clean and professional What we''re looking for Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with customers Able to work independently and as part of a team Repair experience is an asset, but not required we''ll train the right person Willing to learn in a fast-paced environment The vibe Retail/service environment Hands-on work (standing, tools, repairs) Lots of customer interaction If you enjoy tech, problem-solving, and helping people, this could be the perfect fit.
