Job description: ROLE: We are currently looking for PART-TIME Cleaner for Vacation Coverage ROLES: MONDAY-FRIDAY PART TIME 4 HOURS/DAY - 20 HOURS/WEEK Coverage : Jan 02 to Jan 12, 2026 The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the building''s common areas. The ideal candidate(s) should have excellent communication and customer service skills, work well independently and take pride on a job well done be reliable, professional and responsible. have some experience in strata buildings - training also provided DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Litter pickup Dusting/wiping equipment and furniture Removing garbage and recycling Vacuuming carpets Sweeping/mopping hard surface floors Sanitizing/re-stocking bathrooms Spot cleaning walls, doors, glass, etc. Keeping janitor room clean and tidy POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Excellent work ethic and great attitude Able to speak, understand, and read English Friendly approach Excellent customer service Bonus: past experience in Residential Strata Buildings Must successfully complete a criminal background check We thank you in advance for your interest Please submit your Resume in your application with a valid telephone number.
