Job Summary We are looking for a bright and ambitious experienced CPA to provide services to a wide variety of owner-managed, small to mid-size businesses. The applicant must have the ability to learn quickly and perform in a team environment. Job responsibilities will include: performing audit, review and notice to reader engagements, personal and corporate tax work, bookkeeping, and more. CPA designation Must have worked in public practice before Ideally minimum experience level is two years post qualification but will consider candidates with more or less experience for the right fit. Experience in owner-managed, small to mid-size businesses is essential. Experience with not- for-profits would be considered an asset. Experience in the completion of audits, reviews and notice to readers is mandatory. (Student resumes will not be accepted at this time). Knowledge of Caseware, and TaxPrep is required. Experience in the preparation of corporate tax returns is required and experience in personal tax would be considered an asset. Strong interpersonal communication and strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. Candidate should be able to senior audits and be willing to work as a junior on some of our larger engagements if necessary.
