Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Diesel Mechanic to service and repair our fleet of tow trucks and support vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and completing repairs to ensure vehicles are safe, dependable, and ready for operation. This role requires hands-on experience with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and heavy-duty truck components commonly used in towing and recovery operations. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel tow trucks Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and steering systems Inspect vehicles to ensure compliance with safety standards Maintain accurate service and repair records Respond to breakdowns and perform emergency repairs when required Work closely with towing operations to minimize downtime Requirements Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic (fleet or heavy-duty preferred) 310T (Truck & Coach Technician) OR relevant Red Seal certification is preferred - You are welcome to apply without it, we would like to assess your experience.
